Situational Coaching

	This program provides supervisors and managers with the ‘Situational Coaching’ method. The ‘Situational Coaching’ method allows the manager to coach people on their responsibilities and tasks by adjusting the amount of direction they provide, based on the ‘performer’s’ degree of skill, motivation and confidence. Situational Coaching emphasizes a collaborative coaching partnership between managers and direct reports.
