Gilman Performance Systems is pleased to offer activities that allow your organization to learn and have fun, while giving back to your community.
Whether your organizations requirement is team building, sales motivation, a targeted community challenge, or simply communication, these activities are a powerful vehicle for engaging personal and professional development.
It begins with the teddy bear, and ends with the smile of a happy child. Design, stuff, and dress your own bear that will be given to a child who will truly love and appreciate it. Armed with accessories and enthusiasm, your team will race to dress your chosen bear. Your imagination is the limit when choosing shoes, glasses, hats, and sound modules that perfectly fit your design and look.
Participants get ready to present their bears to their “customers” when a representatives of a local children’s hospital, or charity of your choice comes to accept the bears for children who truly need them.

Remember that brand new bike you received as a child? This activity puts your project management skills to the test while collaborating with team members to build brand new bikes to be donated to children who need it.
This powerful activity engages participant’s minds and skills through exciting challenges that must be worked out as a team. Participants feel the true impact of this activity when they are joined by the children who will be receiving the bikes.
Along the way, participants will:

Help re-stock local community food banks and shelters with this innovative team activity. Design and build a structure (representing your firm, customers, patients, departments, ect.) out of cans and boxes of food!
Participants work together in teams from design to implementation.
