SIS is a competency based interview process that provides Human Resources and Hiring Managers with a database of 70 competencies and over 600 behavioral-based questions to create easy-to-use interview guides allowing you to establish or maintain a consistent and highly successful interview process.
The Collaboration Toolbox is a web-based database for sharing ideas, answering questions, and knowledge management. There are two main areas: Share an Idea (Best Practices) and Immediate Need/Question. Both areas are divided into predefined topics. A "My Account" section allows you to set your preferences.
Reinforces goals set by program participants. Each participant creates two goals they would like to work on over an eight week period. Every 2 weeks a reminder by email will be sent to the participant. The participant can track the actions they are doing to achieve their goals. Each participant can designate their manager and/or peer coach to help them complete their goals. The manager and/or peer coach can input their comments on the participantís progress.
