How do you help your clients continue to produce results once training is over and work resumes? The answer is -- eMinders. eMinders help support and hold learners accountable for applying what they learned from training, to the workplace. Every 2 weeks, our eMinder program will send out a reminder email to the participant, reinforcing program content goals set during training. This web application allows participants to easily set goals and track their achievements making training even more valuable and effective.
Program Peer Coach and/or their manager are able to see progress, giving them the opportunity to provide direct coaching when it counts most…on the job.
