The Collaboration Toolbox is a web-based database for sharing ideas, answering questions, and knowledge management. There are two main areas: Share an Idea (Best Practices) and Immediate Need/Question. Both areas are divided into client predefined topics. A "My Account" section allows users to set their preferences. The toolbox can be used for: Sales Training, Project Teams, Department Communication, plus more.

Reinforces goals set by program participants. Each participant creates two goals they would like to work on over an eight week period. Every week a reminder by email will be sent to the participant. The participant can track the actions they are doing to achieve their goals. Each participant can designate their manager and/or peer coach to provide input on the participant’s progress or questions.

GPS has set up their unique 360° Feedback Application for our clients to have administrative access. Use this newly released application to set up and produce reports for your company's participants. It allows unique reports for value driven results and eliminates per participant fees. Consultants can use this application for their clients, too!
