Lisa White is a consultant focusing primarily in the areas of leadership/management training, job performance analysis/competency modeling, and meeting facilitation. Previously a Training Specialist in the insurance industry and later in the paper manufacturing industry. She also redesigned performance appraisal and job posting systems.
For almost ten years, Lisa contracted with DDI (Development Dimensions International, Inc.), delivering Training; providing Selection and Assessment services, and as a Lead Assessor. Clients include Fortune 500 companies in the manufacturing, communications, pharmaceutical, aerospace and energy industries.
Lisa has a BS in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. She has earned numerous credits towards an MBA.
