Lisa White

Lisa White has worked as a consultant with Gilman Performance Systems since 1999, using her talents primarily in the areas of program design/development, team-building, and meeting effectiveness.

Lisa has been consulting in the management and professional development field for more than 23 years. She built upon early experience in assessment, job evaluation, performance management and training in the insurance and paper industries when working in those areas with both GPS and DDI's Consulting Services Group and Assessment Groups.

While certified to teach various professional development programs, Lisa's focus now is in working with strategically with teams to be more effective and in the program design and development stages to ensure that client needs are assessed and met.

Lisa resides in Pennsylvania and holds a BS in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University.
