Keith Robinson

Keith Robinson is a business professional and consultant with over 20 years of global and domestic experience. In addition to his consulting practice, Keith was recently appointed as the Director of Leadership Development for Northern Illinois University's Masters in Accounting Science program. Throughout his career he has helped leaders drive results in their business by providing expertise in facilitated process design and team effectiveness. One of his primary areas of strength is his ability to help leaders manage business strategies and achieve organizational objectives through structured facilitation practices. Some of the firms where he has done this internally have been Marsh, UBS, Allstate Insurance and many others. At Marsh, Keith's position was Global Head of Talent Management where he left to go into consulting. At UBS, Keith was the Head of Human Resources - Americas.

Keith was trained in professional facilitation through the Crosby Quality School on behalf of Allstate Insurance. This experience taught him the use of a structured approach in helping business leaders affect both process and organizational change. Significant facilitation projects at Allstate were the implementation of a self managed team approach to the Business Insurance Division, the process redesign of the HRIS function and re-design of the delivery of business policies and claims service to clients. In addition, Keith was recognized as a master facilitator and taught this skill as a part of Allstate's Learning and Development department.

Keith's facilitation experience has been at all levels in various organizations. He has worked with many senior executive teams and facilitated a variety of business issues. While at UBS he was often called upon to facilitate processes in the areas of sales, business integration and senior leadership team meetings in the US and abroad. Keith has demonstrated his ability to facilitate in both structured and un-structured situations. While working with Marsh, Keith designed and facilitated their senior executive talent review. This structured process involved the assessment and review of Marsh's most senior level Managing Directors from around the world. Recently, he has been working with the senior management team of a middle market insurance services provider and has been facilitating their Quarterly Review Senior Leadership meeting. This structured facilitation process has been designed to increase the team's ability to work more effectively in extreme pressure situations.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Western Connecticut State University and a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Illinois. He enjoys spending time with his family and serving in the community. He volunteers as a coach for youth baseball, football and soccer. In addition to his family, physical and mental fitness are two priorities he strives to achieve.
