Vivianne Mascia brings eighteen years of strong leadership experience in Training, Organizational Development, and Human Resources. Industry experience includes, Financial Services, IT/Telecommunications, and Direct Marketing. She was previously Manager of learning for Cendant Mobility. Much of her focus has been in the areas of Management and Leadership Training, Teambuilding, Coaching and Performance Management.
She has developed and facilitated a variety of leadership and management programs both domestically and internationally, served in interim senior management roles for numerous organizations, designed and launched Performance Management systems and managed Executive Development programs. She brings warmth, enthusiasm, creativity and a strong business focus to every assignment.
